🌟 Comprehensive OT Evaluations

Our Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluations are designed with your child at the center. We begin by building rapport and creating a safe, supportive space where your child can feel comfortable being themself. Through play-based interaction, observation, and individualized assessment, we take time to truly understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and everyday experiences.

Each evaluation includes a 45-55 minute in-person session and a comprehensive clinical review to support individualized goals and care.

Your child’s evaluation includes:

• Play-based clinical observation
• Standardized assessments, as appropriate
• Review of intake information and consultation findings
• Child-centered engagement to build rapport and understand strengths and needs
• Comprehensive written evaluation report
• Individually tailored goals and treatment plan
• Personalized recommendations for home, school, and therapy

Following the evaluation, families receive a full written report with clear findings, individualized goals, and practical recommendations. This evaluation is necessary to develop a personalized treatment plan and begin ongoing occupational therapy services.
